This is a tear bear. I used angel hair paper for the teddy.Used glitter stones for his eyes and added a green bow.
Then mounted onto shiney silver halograph card with hearts on
Gave him a red love heart to hold added ribbon with small love hearts and a red tassel.
Left the greeting blank but thought he'd make a nice Valentine card...
